What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry, demo-class or application form on this website, or our enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you give us: for example your name, phone number, email, town or city, age group, qualification, the diploma you are interested in, when you want to start and your questions. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also see your WhatsApp number and your messages.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the diploma you asked about and to answer your questions; to explain the course, the fee and how to join; to arrange a call, a visit or a demo class; and to process your application and payments. We do not use your details for anything else without asking you first.
Who sees it
Our admissions team sees your details. They are held in WhatsApp, Meta’s lead tools and our own enquiry sheet. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your full card details. We do not sell your details, and we share them only if the law requires it or with a service we use to contact you, and only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, or for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or admission. After that we delete them, or keep them only as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, stop contacting you, or delete it. Write to meridianinternationalcollege26@gmail.com or message +91 78429 39766 and we will act within 30 days.
Children
Our forms are for people aged 18 and over, or for a parent or guardian filling in the form for a child. If a student under 18 enquires, we speak with the parent.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
